In the shadows of the eve, that is when the muse hatches her eggs. They spawn in the unsuspecting minds of tired creatives and as the light wanes, drive them to their works to toil under the cover of fading light; bringing forth new works for the light of a following day. Part of the collection of works referred to as the Seba, these pieces focus on the meditative practice of creating a repeating star pattern. Seba is the name of the five-sided star symbol ancient Egyptians adopted as both astrological representation and also glyph in their lexicon of hieroglyphs.

Featuring the creeping tendrils of a gray/gold wash, this piece also utilizes a feather amongst gray stars and measures 4" x 4" x 1"
