Zine Workshop

Have you ever wanted to make your own magazine, comic book, or booklet? Zines as a form of expression and art are resurfacing as a popular hobby. This class focuses on empowering you to create your own small publications through accessible medias utilizing home printers and xerox machines and more. There is surprising potential for artistry and paper engineering in these handmade publications. Students will be making an impressive 5 different zine styles to learn just a few of the potential forms a zine can take. We’ll discuss content and design as we go.
