About the event

Easy to make, these pocket sized journals make great sketchbooks, note-keepers, or gifts! These little books are a break from the traditional pamphlet stitch binding in borrowing a little magic from the Japanese tradition of bookbinding. They are also a great way to use scraps of decorative paper. They can also double as a fancy presentation for wedding invitations, event invitations, Air BNB manuals, and other ephemera. Come and enjoy a quiet evening learning something new and methodical.
